Information we process

We process account information provided through Google sign-in, such as your name, email address, profile image, and authentication identifiers. We also process the organization information you are authorized to access, including memberships, invitations, groups, product access, audit activity, and billing or subscription status. We receive technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as device, browser, IP address, error, and access-log data.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, provide the portal, apply organization permissions, support account administration, maintain security and audit records, troubleshoot problems, and communicate about the service. We do not sell personal information or use Assembly Portal data for third-party advertising.

Service providers

Assembly Portal relies on providers that process information on our behalf, including Google for authentication, Supabase for application infrastructure and data services, and Stripe for subscription and payment management. Payment-card details are entered into Stripe and are not stored by Assembly Portal.

Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. We use access controls and other technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, subject to applicable law and organization recordkeeping requirements. Organization owners can manage memberships and product access within Assembly Portal. You can also stop using the Android app and uninstall it at any time.

Account and data deletion

To request deletion of your Assembly Portal account and associated personal data, email aryan@aialacrity.ai from the Google email address used to sign in. Use the subject “Assembly Portal account deletion request” and include the organization name connected to the account. We may ask for additional information solely to verify identity and authorization.

After verification, we delete or de-identify the account profile, authentication link, memberships, invitations, and other account-linked personal data that we control. We process verified requests within 30 days. Residual copies may remain in encrypted backups for up to 90 additional days before automatic deletion.

Security and audit records may be retained for up to 12 months where needed to detect abuse, investigate incidents, or protect the service. Billing, tax, and transaction records may be retained for up to seven years where required by law. Organization-owned records that must remain for operational or legal reasons are de-identified where practical. We will confirm completion and identify any data that must be retained.

You may also use the same email process to request deletion of some personal data without deleting the entire account.
